Konark is the Chief Mentor and Principle Stake Holder and is also a member of the Board of Directors. Konark holds a B.Tech degree from Indian Institute of Technology (IIT) Kanpur and an MBA Degree from Harvard Business School (HBS).
Konark has a long track record. With several years of experience in Schlumberger he brings with him a thorough understanding of Business. He is the driving force of the strategic direction and marketing focus. Konark is credited with initiating a slew of significant relationships with several companies that steered the growth of the company. With his support DbyDX has become an extremely reactive and authentic customer-centric establishment. He has been instrumental for emphasizing the importance of Business over Technology.  In his words "One should innovate to do business, not do business to innovate". Konark is an avid reader and a bridge player.

Abhishek Vinod Singh

As a Co-Founder and CEO of DbyDX Abhishek Vinod Singh is responsible for the corporation and its global subsidiaries. He holds Integrated M.Sc. degree from Indian Institute of Technology (IIT) Kanpur. He ventured entrepreneurship as a hands-on techie in his IIT days.
Abhishek has acquired a rich technical experience at Infosys Bangalore and other startups in Mobile Technology and Internet Security space. Abhishek was instrumental in growing sales and services ensuring an exponential growth of the vertical for DbyDX. He has maintained and implemented corporate objectives as established in order to execute business strategies and customer relationship management. Abhishek has guided some fundamental initiatives in order to attain business development aims. He believes that the requirements to achieve success in sales are larger than before as the global market is getting more competitive and growth of technology agile. He has keen interest in philosophy and literature.

Nitin Verma

As a Co-Founder and COO Nitin Verma is handling global delivery & has overseen the operations from the inception of DbyDX. He has a B.Tech degree from Indian Institute of Technology (IIT) Kanpur.
He gained valuable experience at Aditi Technologies. He has worked in several projects in diverse technologies and thus developed deep understanding of project management and project development methodologies.He has spearheaded the company’s initiatives on process maturity and security. Nitin has launched many flourishing HR openings to make DbyDX one of the finest foundations in the IT industry. He has always had an entrepreneurial understanding. At the age of 13 his enterprising ideas urged him to initiate a small-scale commencement of a book rental store. He is also a sports enthusiast and plays cricket & table tennis.

Kapil Tyagi

Kapil is the CTO and Co-Founder of DbyDX with B.Tech degree from Indian Institute of Technology (IIT) Bombay. He started his first IT venture in his IIT days and has extended the same passion for entrepreneurship.
Kapil’s role as CTO is to drive innovation and explore new business and technology directions & to develop and promote company’s future technology leadership. Kapil has earned ample technical experience at SAP AG, Germany and Infosys India. He brings a strong portfolio of experiences encompassing Outsourced Product Development, Applications Outsourcing and Global Business Development. Kapil has lots of experience and passion for using technology for empowering businesses. His interests include soccer and table tennis.

Santosh Anand

Santosh holds an Integrated MSc degree from Indian Institute of Technology (IIT) Kanpur. Later he did an MS in "Distributed Systems and Networks" from INRIA, France. Prior to that, he stayed briefly at Università della Calabria, Italy, where he was one of the earliest adopter of Grid-technologies when he experimented with "Globus Toolkit" on various "Unices" to make a usable Grid-platform.

Santosh has a deep passion for research and he keeps a constant vigil on the emerging technologies. His main research interests are Distributed-Computing, Grid-Computing and more recently Bioinformatics and Human-Genetics. However, he is well-versed with various "jargons" like  Java, J2ME, Mobile Ad-Hoc Networks (MANETs), Web-services, Perl, P2P Networks, Cryptology etc.  Santosh is prime motivator for R&D at DbyDX.

Santosh is a keen observer of technological, business, political, social and scientific happenings. This is how he spends most of his time in reading. Also, he strongly believes in social-networking for which he devotes most of his free time. Sometimes, he enjoys painting and salsa dance.
