We augment our clients' support operations by building multi-channel offshore support capability in several languages and time zones. We make this transparent by using our international point-to-point private circuits to extend our client's phone systems to our offshore development centers.
Implementation Services
We have set up special implementation teams offshore, which are ready to be dispatched to global locations. When not involved in an implementation, the experience and knowledge can be leveraged for augmenting functional testing and support initiatives.
Reengineering/Continuous Maintenance
